OUR CLASSES
CROSSFIT
Precision Training Centre is now an offical CrossFit affiliated gym! CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be easily modified to help each athlete achieve their goals!
Our CrossFit classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6AM with a special bonus session Friday afternoon at 5:45PM if you’re game enough to kick your weekend off with a sweaty start! If you’ve never done CrossFit before, no stress! We are a beginner friendly gym and offer all the help you’ll need to feel stronger and ore confident in the gym!
JUNIOR CROSSFIT
AT Precision Training Centre our CrossFit classes aren't just for adults. Our Junior CrossFit workouts are designed to teach kids invaluable skills and techniques, not to mention they're tons of fun! Session take place during school term.
FIGHT FITNESS
Lean amazing sparring skills in the ring every Friday morning with our incredible coaches. This program will teach you the proper technique as well as the knowledge required to be a fantastic fighter.
BOXING
PTC offers a range of Boxing classes that cater to beginner and advanced boxers. Whether you are looking to step into the realm of competitive boxing or test your endurance we got you covered. Monday morning’s 9:30AM and Monday nights 5:45PM. Wednesday late night session 7PM.
MUAY THAI
Arguably one of the most applicable forms of striking in a real self-defence situation. The art originates in the 16th century where Thai warriors used this martial art in war. Muay Thai incorporates Punches, Kicks, Knees and elbows. The use of these different Weapons of the body is the reason why this martial art is referred to as the “art of 8 limbs”.
People of all shapes and sizes including kids can benefit greatly from the training of Muay Thai as it promotes a healthy lifestyle, self-confidence and weight loss amongst many other benefits. We cater for all levels from beginners to fighters!
SELF DEFENCE
Our Self Defence classes help you master skills such as shadow boxing, strength and conditioning and sparring.
We strive to encourage self-confidence, self-Respect and respect for others.
JUNIOR SELF DEFENCE
Our Junior Self Defence classes are for ages 8-14 and help your kids master skills such as shadow boxing, strength and conditioning and sparring.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Strength and Conditioning is a great way to transform your body and get great results! Whether you’re an athlete, an amateur, expert or just starting out, it’s a great way to improve movement, health and physical performance.
These sessions are everything Barbell from Olympic lifting to strength specific movements. Perfect place to learn how to lift with correct technique. Run in a group environment where everyone has the same goal getting stronger!
